Fluid in ear flap

I have an Australian blue healer. The top flap of her left ear is full of fluid. It seems to be tender to her. What could it be and what can I do to help her?

Howdy, I hope you are well.

It sounds like to me that your pet has a hematomah. The fluid is blood and some other goop mixed in. You should probably call your vet to have a drain inserted so the fluid can drain.

I hope I have been helpful!
