Hi there, no bowel motion does not necessarily mean she is constipated. If she hasnt been eating she may not be producing so much feces. When she does defecate, is it hard and dry or normal looking?

Was the fresh blood definately coming from her anus? Could it have been bleeding from being on heat?

Every day I see pets come into my clinic injured and unwell. Its always so upsetting knowing that treatment could be taken a lot further only if the owner had taken out pet insurance. You have health insurance, so should your pet... Dr Brooks

Very happy to hear it. I would continue to feed her the bland food until she is completely back to normal. Cheers, David
