my dog has had some spells recently. it's happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks. took him to the vet monday after the 2 time it happened and he thought it was intestinal inflammation. Well he's still on the medicine he gave him and he's doing the same thing again tonight. He's been fine all day and all of the sudden he just sits swaying and kind of acts likes he's drunk. He is also shaking more than normal. PLEASE HELP!!

These little guys are prone to hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). It might be worth having some blood work done. When he does have an episode give him some sugar water / honey and see if that brings him round quicker. Your vet will need to establish a cause of the hypoglycemia if thats what is happening.
