Rocky has a sudden buildup of fluid under the skin of his ear (outer). There is no puncture wound or discharge, just lots of fluid under the skin of his ear (like a little pillow).
Any ideas on what it might be? Spider bit?

It sounds like an aural haematoma, which is a blood blister caused by scratching the ear or head shaking. The usual cause is an irritated ear- due to infection/allergy/mites/foreign body or something similar. It needs veterinary attention, though it's not an emergency. The initiating cause, and the secondary haematoma will need to be dealt with. Good luck!
