dog fell down stairs backwards a week ago and has been limping a bit on one paw. He doesn't seem to be in any pain as hes still his usual self. When i touch his paw smallest toe he flinches a little as if thats the problem, just wondering if theres anything i can do or whether just to leave him and let it heal.

Hi! I hope you are doing well. Generally limping is a sign of pain and if it has been going on one week I would take him to your RDVM for radiographs to see if a digit is broken. The Vet can also prescribe a pain medication, since, normally vet do not recommend you give your pet any OTC humanoid medicine with out their recommended doseage and discrestion.

I hope your doggie feels better!
