If you can't keep the dog and rabbit droppings in separate places (!) you have 2 options. One is to muzzle the dog, but that seems a bit drastic. The other is to train her that you have a better alternative- dogs behave according to the consequences of their actions. If you call her to you and give her a treat when she tries to eat it, she will learn that that is a better option. Unless it's making her ill, it's ok to let her eat a little of it- it is essentially normal behaviour, but if it's really excessive you will have to take some sort of moderating action!
