Lizzy has a few spots on her belly, we haven't really noticed her itching them, she itches them rarely and they seemed to start last night. We do not know what they are or what is causing them. Can you help?

It could be a skin infection. If this is the only place on her that has these lesions, they might go away on their own. If she has more in other places she may need an antibiotic. But sure she doesn't have fleas (by using a flea comb, especially over the rear half of the body).
