i was walking with my dog and he saw a cat and managed to get out of his harness hes a jack russel terrier 3 years old.he came back home limping and i checked his paw and the pad was torn off.i cleaned it with water and put a towel on it wrapped it put a sock over it and put him in bed.i cant take him to the vet now. i really dont know what to do.i dont have any neosprin or vasline what should i do? i dont know what to do
