We have 3 puppies left from the liter, they are 16 weeks old. Anyways one of the puppies has stop eating and is losing weight. Also she bearly gets up and moves around, not her she is usually jumping and running. I also noticed when I pick her up she tenses up like something hurts, I noticed some throwing up a couple days ago when she was still eating. Any advice about what could be wrong.

There could be a number of things going on. If other puppies in the litter have died, you REALLY need to take the remaining 3 in to see a vet. Things go wrong very fast with puppies.
