I have a stray cat that showed up about a week ago. I went to the store and bought it cat food and have been feeding it. I noticed it has a scratch by its eye and its oozing puss. Is there anyting i can do?

Clean the scratch with hyrdogen peroxide and apply an antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin. If it does not resolve or improve with in a few days, you could be dealing with something more serious (like an abscess) and the cat may need oral antibiotics.
