Red bumps

My dog has red bumps around her inside hind leg, is there anything i can get at Walmart, cause the vets closed already and i dont want to wait. Or is it ok to wait?

    If this is the only area affected, a local antibiotics spray or shampoo sould be all you need.  It looks like a skin infection.  If she is itchy all over, she may have a more generalized infection and may need antibiotics.  If you have Benadryl, give her 25mg once or twice a day, it may or may not help with the itching but the underlying cause should be addressed.

    Hello: My English Springer Spaniel has the same problem. We were told it's either a heat rash or allergy. He told us to apply Zinc Oxide cream. We did and with in a few days it was gone. Just make sure that your dog doesn't lick the cream off. Most won't cause its smells not great to them. Just a suggestion.
