My dog is sick

I have a 2.5 yr old Cavalier King Charles. On Wed. of last week he had his teeth cleaned and a fatty tumor removed. On Friday we went to the vet due to an upset stomach, he wasn't eating or drinking. All he wanted to do was eat grass. He had very loose stools and blood in his stools. He didn't have a fever. The vet thought maybe the upset tummy was due to the pain med. He finished those on Sunday. She prescribed an antibiotic twice daily, as well as Forti-Flora once in the evening and gave us a can of Hill's a/d to entice him to eat. He was doing okay but this evening he's vomiting, wants to go out and eat grass and won't eat or drink again. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do.......

Pain meds can upset his stomach, but so can antibiotics.  If he is active and behaving normally otherwise, try giving him Mylanta at half an adults does 3 times a day.  If he is still not eating or drinking, consult your veterinarian.
