Can I give my 2week old kittens a bath with baby soap? They are covered with flea eggs and they also have some fleas.

Baby soap is ok, but don't use too much.  It will clean them, but will do nothing for fleas.  There are age and weight restrictions on flea preventatives and they are too young for these products.  You really need to treat the enviornment with a flea spray.  Ectokyl is a very good product and it has residual activity of up to 3 months.
