Not Sure What the Problem Is?

My 6+ yr old male Pom seems to be not feeling well, he is very lethargic,not eating and his right eye seems to be weepy and sensitive to light..he was just at my sisters house with her 5 kids, and her outside dog that roams freely....any Ideas would be appreciated

    it sounds like he may have a scratch on his cornea.  Corneal scratches/ulcers are painful and will subdue the behavior of most dogs.  This can be very easily diagnosed and treated.
