My year old Beagle has blood in her urine. My vet has done two urine labs, and both came up that a simple urinary track infection medication would cure it. Both medications have failed to do so. I have been told that its a possibility that the cause of the blood is due to her being fixed to early. The vets gave the go ahead to have her fixed right after she was old enough to have her rabies shot. The vets next step is to do a ultrasound, i would really like to get a couple second opinions before i spend that kind of money.
