Bella has been pooping mucus from her anus, usually in the morning and the scooting. Is this normal?

Hi, this sounds like a classic case of colitis. Try feeding her bland food (boiled chicken, rice, plain yoghurt) for a few days provided she is otherwise bright. This should reduce the symptoms greatly. Alternatively your vet will have meds to reduce the signs.
