We have 2 dogs and both have really bad diarrhea, is there anything we can give them to help their stomachs settle?

Are they on heartworm preventative? if so what kind? With out their weights I cannot really suggest any kind of OTC medication and I would not give your pets any "people" medication unless directed to by your RDVM. Sorry I cannot give you an adiquit answer.
