please help my cat got into a fight with something lastnight, he now has a cut on his neck that bleed and is all swollen, he did eat food today but what can i do about the wound and swollening it seems to be uncomfortable

You can trim around the wound with clippers and clean it with diluted iodine, not peroxide. Then I would recommend a vet check. Absesses in cats are usually caused by bites from other animals and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
