my cat has been sneezing with a runny nose, and has not really been eating, and sleeps most of the day. any over the counter meds I can get?

I would never ever give a pet anything over the counter unless advised by a Vet. There are many things in OTC products that are fine for you and me but bad for your kitty. In addition, upper respiratory infections in cats can be fatal. Take her to your vet ASAP so he can get your pet on antibiotics. Thank you and have a good evening.
