my uncastrated male chocolate lab age 10 mos, rolled over to have his belly scratched and his testicles have large, bumpy, (almost warty, or boil like) areas on both. now today they are red and irritated but no longy raised or bumpy like. he is up to date on all shots, but i am not going to fix him as he is going to be bred. any sug?

These little bumps could be puppy pyoderma which is very common. Can you upload a pic of the lumps here so I can comment further?
