    Hi

Can you attach a photo of your dogs eye?

I need to differentiate whether this whiteness is coming from the lens (eg a cataract) or the cornea, or discharge from the conjunctiva.

    Thanks

That suggests you are referring to a whitish discharge from the eye, rather than cloudy discolouration of the eye itself. It is most likely to be conjunctivitis requiring antibiotic ointment, but attach a photo to your response if you are concerned.
