He is not eating, but is drinking water
He alternates between hot and cold
breathing moves between ok, and moderately labored
seems somewhat lethargic
we live in country, he is mostly inside dog, doe go out, but does not stay long.

Hi
If Prancer is being sick, try starving him for a day (only water) and then giving a bland food like chicken and rice only for 3 days. If he doesn't stop vomiting, he needs to be examined by a vet.
Also if his breathing worsens, you must seek veterinary attention ASAP.
