need diagnosis

I have been taking my 11 year old cat to the vet for the past month. She has lost a hird of her wieght in a year and is still losing. She has an appetite and gobbles her wet food. She has a UTI with blood and white cells in her urine. She has been on an antibiotic for three weeks. She also has a very low white and red blood cell count that is not improving. Her behavior has not really changed and she still acts friendly. We had a feline aids and leukemia test done and they were both negative. The vet suspects an ongoing disease process. Any suggestions? We don't have unlimited funds for diagnosis.
