Hi
Your dog has mastitis (abscessation of the mammary tissue due to a bacterial infection). She needs a course of antibiotics to resolve the infection, and the gland may burst anyway. If this happens, clean it daily with salty water.
You will need to take her to the vet to get the antibiotics.
