i recently had boston spayed she is a 1 year old female cat in the past week her stomach has become lumpy and all her nipples are swollen wat could be the cause of this

Boston could have been showing signs of a phantom pregnancy if she had been spayed whilst she was on heat. They should shrink back to normal fairly quickly. If you are still concerned, please attach a photo to your response. Thanks
