eye condition

My pitbull has one very swollen and red eye...the other red not as swollen...light makes him cry and touching his ears also make him cry...keeps pulling his head to the side also...any help on what may have caused this

Symptoms: Head Tilt, Lethargy, Pain

    unfortunately without examining him it is difficult to say. It could be anything from an allergic reaction to an acute conjunctivitis or uveitis complex. It sounds like he should be seen by a vet as soon as possible
