i recently had my female cat neutred in the past week her stomach has become lumpy and her nipples are very swollen wat is the cause of this could she possibly be pregnant before being neutred

Sometimes the removal of the uterus can lead to mammary tissue development due to hormonal alterations. This should resolve on its own but if you are concerned please have her checked by your vet.
