My Rottweiler had 7 puppies fri and killed them all but 2. the 2 are very weak and look like they havent drank at all after being born. I have to 2 in my house and i am bottle feeding them. They will not take the bottle and when i do get it in their mouths they refuse it. What do i do? Also, when one poops, she stiffens up hard as a rock like she is dead. Is this normal?

Hi there, I am afraid this is not normal behaviour at all - it is very difficult to get pups to thrive if they haven't been able to drink their mother's milk, especially if they haven't drank colostrum (the mother's very first milk after whelping). I would advise you take them to see your vet ASAP, as they obviously need hydration and intensive care if you have any chance of them surviving. The straining of the pup while defecating is likely due to dehydration. Best of luck!
