Scratching and lossing hair

My 5 month old kitten as a microchip implanted between her shoulders. I noticed today she's been scratching a licking at that same spot and now the hair right there is gone. Could her microchip be bothering her? And if so, what should I do?!

Symptoms: Itching & Scratching

    As with any wound there will always be some irritation. It should pass in 24 hrs. If it doesnt please have her checked
