My cat Sylvester has been neutered and he has been trying to perform sexually with my cat Lucy. Is he able to perform?

Hi Renee He might still have the instinct and urges to perform sexually, but assuming that his testicles were removed he can not produce semen anymore and therefore will not be able to reproduce. I hope this answers your question. Torunn Beurling DrMedVet
