9 year old beagle mix vomiting food and water last night. Just notice fecal discharge with a hint of blood on bathroom floor with a parvo type, whipworm smell, up to date on shots and takes advantage muli monthly worried about salmonella/ ecooli? Treatment?

If your dog has hemorrhagic diarrhea with that metallic smell, then he needs broad spectrum antibiotics, amox/clav and possibly metronidazole. If it is something like Salmonella then he could go downhill very quickly and get very dehydrated.
I'm afraid there is no home remedy for this, you will need to visit a vet as he will need a prescription only medication. If you can, bring a fecal sample with you.
