sore on face

had noticed a sore on my dogs nose and she has one on her eye i noticed 3-4 days later. It looks like dry, flaky skin and it is swollen. The one on her nose is red and swollen. i have a pictureof the one by her nose on here. Any possible solution to what is could be?

    Hi

    Your dogs face is obviously very inflamed, looks like a chemical burn or something. Is it itchy? I would gently clean it with warm, salty water, and if it starts to blister, smell of get a 'slimy' appearance, then ii is probably infected and Lilly will need antibiotics.

    There are other rare things it could be such as an autoimmune skin condition or a rare type of cancer, but these are extremely unlikely when compared to a burn or contact irritation.
