my lab has fad an had a shot of depo medrol he is still itchy and has lumps on his nose from bites and when he scratches they bleed, is there anything i can do or just wait for the meds to work an monitor him regularly?

Hi
You need to eliminate all fleas from the house by treating all animals simultaneoulsy if you have other pets, and by spraying the house with an environmental flea spray.
Sentinel is an effective anti-flea medicine but may not be sufficient alone without spraying the environment.
The depomedrone can take 1-2 days to kick in as well.
Consider also putting a plastic elizabethan collar on him so he can't cause trauma to himself by scratching.
