my 8 month old boxer named rhyse recently had a patch where peel in this patch starts to fall off and the skin as if falls off and u see it in blood as you can see in the photo attached what can this be ??

I'm sorry, the picture is very small and is not capable of being enlarged. I can barely determine anything from it. It looks like an area that might have been a wound that healed and eventually the scab fell off. Perhaps if you could upload another, larger picture...I might be able to determine better. I'm sorry I'm unable to help better without a more detailed picture.
