our cat is suffering from severe cough,diarrhea,vomiting,cold,sneezing,weight loss,and four of his teeth of lower jaw have also fallen.we have no good pet service here

Your cat has so many things going on in different areas of the body that it is very difficult to offer you practical advice. It sounds like Bahadur will almost certainly need a course of antibiotics to treat his respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms, and may need blood tests and/or xrays to investigate the weight loss.
Sorry we can not be of further assistance but he needs to be examined by a vet as he probably needs further tests and medications that aren't available over the counter.
