MY GUINEA PIG IS GRINDING HIS TEETH is that bad
Veteran Advisor David says:

Not necessarily. Is she eating and drinking normally? Is she producing normal feces? Is she bright and alert?

It may be best to have her checked by her vet to make sure she has no dental problems
