Hi there, My Husband is in the army and we are being posted to Germany in 2months, thing is we have a 17week old Rottwiler female... she is due to get her jabs this month however we have been told that the breed maybe Band in Germany and also if she did come over we would need a "Pet Passport" or a licence to keep her.Would like to ask if you knew anything about either of them?
