after his first vaccination and worming a week ago sam has bad diarrhea and is very thirsty is that normal

Hi,
The diarrhea is almost certainly unrelated to the vaccination. Remember that Samson should not meet other strange dogs or go to dog populated areas until 5 days after his 2nd vaccination.
If Samson still has diarrhea, then starve him for 24hrs (water freely available) and then offer him chicken and rice only for 3 days. If the diarrhea doesn't stop, if he starts to vomit or seems lethargic, he needs to see a veterinarian ASAP.
