Hello, My dog has had a runny nose is drooling, won't eat and has lost alot of weight. He is a german shep/border collie mix and is 7 years old. He was 55 pounds and looks like he lost 20 of it. When I take him for a walk he urinates and just sits there. He does not want to move.

That is a very substantial amount of weight and he should definately be seen by a vet immediately. He is older and what would be considered geriatric - a blood panel would be helpful to try and pin point a possible existing metabolic issue. The doctor may also recommend doing radiographs( x-rays) or even ultrasound after blood work and x-rays results are run. I wish you and he all the best.
