I have a 2 year old Male Italian Grey Hound. This morning I woke up and noticed he had alot of red blood spots all over his stomach. There are two that look like they are a target with bright red in the center, than a darker red, and than a patch of brusing around the outside. I have other Italian Grey Hounds and they show no signs. I have caught him trying to lick them and I gave him a bath but they do not seem to be going away after 24 hours. Is this serious and if so what can I do til I can get him into the vet?
