Help, I think something is wrong

Bugle

My Beagle won't eat his food today and keeps falling asleep on the couch. He seems extremely lethargic. We ran around with him yesterday, he ate well, etc. But today he's a different dog. What could cause something so sudden? I'm worried.

Symptoms: constipation, lethargy, no appetite & anorexia, behavioral, coughing
