he has a really bad rash with scaps under his body is there anything i could do besides going to the vet

i would take him to your nearest vet that deals with reptiles. the rash may be caused by a number of things such as infection, wounds, illness, allergic reaction, etc. without seeing the snake it is impossible to diagnose a problem or treat it correctly.
