Thank you for your answer.. My dog is panting but no drooling or muscle tremors, she is taking care of the litter and her gums are pink... she only pants sometimes.. Other times she rest and or sits quietly... So the only symptom at this point is panting occasionally.. it has been 12 days since having the pups. She is also eating and drinking a lot and going to the restroom normally... Should I be very concerned??

    Your dog's panting is a sign that your dog is in pain and it is normal for dogs to pant after giving birth because of the contraction of the uterus and these is stimulated by lactation. So to answer your question, there is nothing for you to worry. To be on the safe side, so it is advisable to seek your veterinarian's advice.
