How can I reduce mucus in a cat with asthma? She is taking prednisolone and terbutaline. She vomits white, thick, foamy, silky mucus every time she eats. She is constantly licking her mouth and try to cough up and wipe away the mucus.

To help with some of the congestion you could remove some with a bulb syringe ( those things you can buy at the store to clean out babies ears or nostrils). I think it could be something that could be addressed with medication but you should bring this up to her vet for some guidance and treatment. How long has it been an issue, the mucus and vomiting? Thank you for your question and I hope I helped.
