hI, I have a 2 year old Yorkie who I was giving a bath and he accidentally raised his head up to fast and hit his eye on the faucet. Its pretty swollen. Can I use an NSAID such as naproxen and if so how many mg's? Thanks

I am sorry for the late response to your question. Before applying any medication to your pets, it is advisable to call your vet. In the meantime, you can apply cold compress to the swollen area and this will relieve the swelling. Take care.

This same thing once happened with my dog and what Reuben says works GREAT!!!
