Pain, fever and lethargy and usually last for 2 days are general adverse reactions after vaccination are consider normal. But if these last more than 2 days and your puppy is not eating or drinking, with other symptoms like vomiting, seizures, sudden onset of hives and high fever, then it is considered as a serious reaction and a major concern and should be given immediate medical attention. Call your vet and inform him/her of your dog's situation. Take care and good luck.
