Vomiting and loss of appetite are two signs that your dog needs immediate medical attention. The loss of appetite is due to the vomiting and the cause of vomiting can be due from eating too much or too fast, ingestion of foreign object or something toxic or it could be due to more serious disease brought by parasites. Take your dog to the vet for the right diagnosis, and the proper treatment and medication can be carried out to your dog. Take care and good luck.
