mY DOG DID SO PRETTY VIGOROUS RUNNING IN THE TENNIS COURT YESTERDAY AND WHEN I LOOKED AT HIS PAWS, i HAD NOTICED One of his paw pad is hanging off frOM ONE OF THE TOES AND THE OTHER 3 PAWS HAD SIMILAR RIPS OR JUST SLICES. i COVERED THEM WITH GAUZE BUT HE TOOK THEM OFF. I HACE A STAFFORDDHIRE ABOUT 2 YRS OLD

You should get him in to your vet the area could get/be infected, they may get him on antibiotics, and possibily need sutures. They could also get you an E-Collar ( cones to put on his head) so that he can't get to the areas and cause more problems plus it will allow it to heal without him bothering it.
