Hi there, There is a chance these spots could be a reaction to the vaccination but I would expect hypersensitivity reactions to occur much sooner after the injection, ie within a few hrs rather than days. Are these spots itchy and are her ear canals clean on the inside? This is more likely to be a reaction to something in the environment or food, or possibly part of an ear infection. If the spots are not bothering her then you could just wait a couple of days and see if they clear up. If they are itchy and certianly if she is experiencing other probs such as trouble breathing, swollen face etc., then she should see a vet asap. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I dont think the spots are bothering her. They havent gone down much. I have cleaned her ears with cotton buds as they seemed a little smelly with brown wax? She is due to visit the vet in a couple of days for her second vaccination. Thanks once again for your help.
