refuses to eat ,has red eyes, oozes yellow out the eyelids, and vomits bright green.

Well it could be there are two things going on. The vomit and no appetite couldbe that he ingested something that did not agree with his stomach or that yuo shouldn't have eaten. Could he have gotten into the trash can or fed some human food - lettuce, veggies, herbs? The other problem with hi eyes sounds like a possible eye infection and/or he has something in his eye- are there "foxtail" plants in your area or weeds that grow tall around your yard that could have gotten in his eye(s). Or maybe he got poked or scratched on his eye in the same way or by something seemingly harmless in or outside of your home - hairbrush, carpet fibers, flowers, plants. I'd highly suggest you get him in to see his or a vet soon because eye problems can worsen very quickly. Thank you for the question, I hoped I helped.
